A great CUSD takes a village. Parents, educators, students, staff, and community members each bring valuable experience and perspective to the table.
We may not always see eye to eye, but I believe we can make better decisions when we listen to one another with respect. I want to learn from you!
Listening closely, communicating clearly, and being transparent about the choices before us are central to the kind of leadership I will bring to CUSD.
Please share what is on your mind: what CUSD is doing well, where you see opportunities to grow, and what questions you have for me. I do not have all the answers. That is why I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and keep our focus where it belongs—on our students.
